Return and Exchange Policy

All monogrammed, personalized, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ella Skye gladly accepts returns of undamaged or defective merchandise purchased for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.

Please email us below with your order number and items you would like to return, to generate a return authorization form and shipping label. We offer a prepaid shipping label to make the return process easy.

Once we receive the return, please allow 5 - 7 business days to process. We will send you an email to confirm your refund.

INTERNATIONAL 

International orders may be returned or undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Please email us below with your order number and items you would like to return, to generate a return authorization form.

International shipping rates apply to the return. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as Ella Skye is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will follow the same guidelines as our return process. Please email us below to receive the authorization form to begin the exchange. Please include your original order number, the item you would like to send back, and the item you would like to receive. A confirmation email will be sent once we have received your item and have shipped the new item of your choice.

If the item that you requested is sold out, you will be issued a return request to receive a full refund.

If you need your item sooner or are worried that we may sell out before we receive your return, we suggest you order the new item right away and then we will process your return as a refund.
